What is included in a commercial cleaning visit?
Trash removal, floor care (sweep/vacuum/mop), window and mirror cleaning, dusting of horizontal surfaces, restroom and breakroom sanitizing, and high-touch surface disinfecting on every visit. Full details on our Commercial Cleaning page.
How is pricing determined?
Commercial cleaning is priced by square footage and visit frequency. Construction cleaning is priced per square foot, with rough clean, final clean, and touch-up work quoted separately.
How fast can you respond to a quote request?
We typically respond to quote requests within one business day.
What job sizes and property types do you handle?
Offices, medical and dental practices, chiropractic offices, gyms and fitness studios, yoga studios, warehouses, and construction/renovation job sites of varying sizes.
Do you work with general contractors and property managers?
Yes. We coordinate directly with GCs and property managers on scheduling, scope, and walkthroughs, and provide a Certificate of Insurance on request.
Are you insured?
Yes, Imperial Pursuit LLC is insured, and a Certificate of Insurance is available on request.
What areas do you serve?
We're a New York-based company. Long Island (Nassau County and Suffolk County) and NYC are our core service area, but we travel for commercial and construction cleaning jobs outside that radius. Contact us with your location for a quote.
Do you handle construction dust and debris removal?
Yes. Rough cleans include debris haul-out and dust control, and final cleans remove adhesive, caulk, and paint splatter before occupancy. See our Construction Cleaning page.
